REFUND POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy at Son & Shield Co. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing support@sonandshieldco.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
If you return an item that was received AFTER the 15 days, we will not be able to issue a refund.

*Clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please email our support team right away (support@sonandshieldco.com) so that we can help.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund has been processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 15 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition. To start an exchange, please email us at support@sonandshieldco.com.
